Farewell, Partners in the Park. . . Until Next Summer

As the summer draws to an end we concluded another year of UNP’s Partners in the Park (PIP) events. We would like to send a huge thank you to the Community Advocate Network (CAN) for all of their hard work and amazing support for over the past 10 years. Thank you to all of our partners, sponsors, supporters and participant’s that have made this event possible for it’s 16 year run.  We could not do this without all of you. Be safe, keep in touch, let’s do this again next summer!

PIP is a series of five community festivals held each summer in parks along Salt Lake City’s west side. A free dinner is served by CAN, an advocacy network of west side parent and youth volunteers. PIPs feature community and higher education partners who host booths that provide college access, education, health resources, enrichment activities, and family fun for residents of all ages. PIP events are designed to highlight the talents of our partners and neighbors, enable lasting community connections, and celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of Salt Lake’s west side communities.
